For undergraduates:I am interested in creating a weekly module for undergraduate students with the goal to help them understand school climate, its importance in adolescence, and also how to study school climate using qualitative methods. Learning objectives would include

  • What is school climate?
  • Why is school climate important in adolescence?
  • How can one study school climate?

For K-12 educators:I would be interested in developing my various research findings into a professional development series for K-12 educators who are interested in improving school climate at their sites. This could be done through interactive means, including those involving student voice.
